Andrew Horsman, Executive Director
Andrew is the Executive Director of Ontario Tire Stewardship and leads the organization in delivering the diversion and market-development activities of OTS.

Prior to joining OTS as Executive Director, Andrew was the Vice President of Corporate Sustainability with the Delphi Group, an Ottawa-based consulting firm.

James Coulter, Vice President of Finance
James joined OTS as the Vice President of Finance in November 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in the tire industry in progressive leadership positions. This includes 18 years in finance and nine years in Operations, with prior senior leadership positions including Vice President of Finance and President at Goodyear Canada Inc. and Vice President of Operations at Benson Group Inc. James is a CPA, CMA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Science. James also has extensive director, audit committee and pension experience through various board and committee memberships.

Rabindra Deodat, Director of Internal Audit
Rabindra is the Director of Internal Audit at OTS and leads the Internal Audit Department in the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the organization’s governance, risk management, and internal processes as well as the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities to achieve the organization’s stated goals and objectives.
Rabindra has vast experience in internal audit, having been the Compliance and Audit Manager at Canadian Tire Corporation and Honda Financial Services.
Rabindra emigrated from Guyana as a Certified Chartered Accountant (London, England). He has completed the CPA, CGA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certified Anti- Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) examinations in Canada.

Zachary Dryman, Vice-President of Technology & Infrastructure
Zach is the Vice-President of Technology & Infrastructure for Ontario Tire Stewardship and oversees the technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, and application development for the organization.
For five years prior to joining OTS, Zach was Director of Information Technology for the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, the fourth largest community foundation in the United States. He has also worked as Technology Manager for the Challenger Center for Space Science Education and has taught various undergraduate courses ranging from database administration to web programming and application design.
Over the course of his career, Zach has received repeated recognition for his work, including being named an Outstanding Alumni and having appeared in several publications from the University of South Carolina, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Information Technology.

Stephen Gluchowski, Director of Operations
Stephen has been the Director of Operations at OTS since 2012. He has a Bachelor of Arts, Criminology degree. Prior to joining OTS, Stephen worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 10 years, where he held various positions, including five years as a Global Project Manager for a wide range of clinical trials and over three years as an Operations Supervisor, where he helped build a more efficient and streamlined operation for MDS Pharma Services.

Claudia Hawkins, Director of Promotion & Education
Claudia joined OTS as Director of Promotion and Education in late 2015 after successful careers in broadcasting, book publishing and digital learning. With over 20 years of Marketing and Communications experience, Claudia has successfully led regional, national and international Marketing and Communications campaigns for organizations including McGraw-Hill and CFMT-TV. Through her work on the Board of Canadian Publishers’ Council, Claudia honed her advocacy skills and was instrumental in shepherding the publishing industry through the seismic shifts resulting from the rise of digital and e-books in Canada. Claudia is thrilled to apply her skills and passion to the not-for-profit sector as an advocate for sustainability through her role with OTS.

Mr. Shea is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office, practicing in the area of commercial law with a particular focus on restructuring. He sits on a number of not-for-profit boards and is a lecturer at Queen’s University’s Faculty of Law. In 2015, Mr. Shea was awarded the Law Society Medal.
