Notice to all Registered RPMs

On January 22nd 2013 OTS held a Consultation session and webinar with Recycled Product Manufacturers to discuss proposed changes to the Manufacturing Incentive (MI) rates to be implemented January 1st, 2014. Following the consultation OTS has received feedback from stakekholders regarding potential other actions that OTS may consider regarding MI rate setting and product eligibility.

OTS values the input we receive from the industry and so is carefully considering the input received from stakeholders. As a result the release of the final Consultation Report will be postponed while OTS reviews the feedback received. We expect this delay to be short-lived, and are targeting a mid-March release for the Report.
