Earlier this month we took a Royal Roadtrip to The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, where visitors and exhibitors come together every November to celebrate agriculture, local food and equestrian. Deemed the world’s largest combined indoor agricultural and equestrian show, The Royal is never short of entertainment and excitement for Canadians and international visitors.

An eco-minded space

We were pleased to once again add our own attractions to the fair and a space where fair go-ers could not only interact with the products, but with the Rethink Tires team. We expanded our footprint and pushed the boundaries of the traditional booth set-up by creating an eco-conscious space. From sidewalk tiles and barn flooring to rubber mulch and seasonal planters – it was important for us to showcase what recycled rubber products can do for people and animals alike!

With guests of all ages passing through the fair, we wanted to create interactive elements that were both educational and fun. The bean-bag toss activity was a fair favourite that featured four real tires where guests could toss bags full of tire crumb rubber. The tire swing installation also caught the eyes of attendees as it demonstrated how the lifecycle of old tires continues once recycled.

It was another great year visiting The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair where we met fellow environmental enthusiasts who share our passion for greener options for both the home and in the agricultural community.
