The race is on Ontario! We’re partnering once again with Ontario Automotive Recyclers Association (OARA) and Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) to help raise money for The Sunshine Foundation of Canada.
Over the last seven years, Ontarians have helped raise an astonishing $1,060,306 through the collection of 458,185 tires as part of our annual Tire Take Back events.
Recycling and helping those in need? Are there two better reasons to get behind Tire Take Back? We don’t think so. So we are challenging Ontario residents to drop off as many of their old tires as they can between May 23rd to June 4th.
Every single tire dropped off generates a donation to The Sunshine Foundation of Canada, giving kids the opportunity to live out their dreams – maybe soak in a little of what New York City has to offer, visit Mickey Mouse and friends at Disney World, or get a chance to meet Taylor Swift!
Follow us on Twitter @RethinkTires to get all your Tire Take Back updates, and click here for a list of participating locations. So head on down to your nearest participating tire collector between May 23rd to June 4th … because your old tires could put smiles on kids’ faces all across Ontario!
