OTS is issuing an RFP to the public for the purpose of identifying a vendor to evaluate the average weight of new PLT tires supplied into Ontario, which includes segmenting the average weight of Passenger from LT tires. Download the RFP details at the link below.
In addition, the successful candidate would determine what weight should be discounted as a result of tread wear to come up with an average of PLT and LT tires.
