Ontario Tire Stewardship is announcing a Consultation session for registered Haulers and Processors on Tuesday, October 29th, from 9am–12pm at the OTS offices. Stakeholders are asked to limit in-person attendees to a maximum of 1 per company, others may join by webinar & teleconference.

At this consultation, OTS will present the Transportation model option(s) developed based on the feedback from stakeholders. In recent months OTS has been holding a series of consultation on the changes to the existing incentive programs offered under the used tires program. OTS has been receiving important feedback on the changes being proposed and has been seriously considering the comments, suggestions and concerns. Stakeholders have supplied important perspectives on the changes to the Transportation model and OTS has aggregated current tire pick-up and delivery data to ensure we are using the most up-to-date information to model the Transportation Incentive rates for stakeholders.
