Dear Collectors,
OTS has increased the website login security settings for Collectors effective as of 6pm (EST) on Wednesday April 24, 2013. In order for a collector to submit any claims for a registration account, their OTS User Name is required to be linked with the OTS internal database.
Follow the instructions at http://rethinktires.ca/wp-content/uploads/Requesting-your-Web-User-Name-to-connected-to-your-Collector-Account.pdf to determine if your Web User Name has or has not been linked. If your account has not been linked, youwill not be able to submit claims under any registration number. Please follow Steps 7-9 from the instructions.
Note: Should you require approval from OTS to link a User Name with any registration account, it may take up to 2 business days to receive approval. Please ensure you allow enough time prior to any claims deadline date to submit the claim in question (Example: The April-June 2013 claim period must be submitted by June 30, 2013. Request 3 or more business days prior to the due date).
