Ontario Tire Stewardship is issuing a Request for Proposal with the purpose of identifying a vendor to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the processes within its Claims and Operations department and provide recommendations, develop revised process documentation, and evaluate workflow enhancements.
In addition, OTS is looking for a vendor to identify process upgrades that may support OTS’ objective of improving it’s program efficiency and effectiveness, as well as identify any potential opportunities for improvement within the current structure.
