At OTS, we’re always looking for new, dynamic ways to share our message and raise awareness about Ontario’s Used Tires Program and tire-derived products. After almost four years working with multiple stakeholders and Ontario drivers, OTS has gained a better understanding about what our brand and the Used Tires Program means to these constituents. This knowledge forms the basis of our objective to help Ontarians rethink their relationship with their tires. To support this objective, the OTS brand is evolving so that we can inform people not only who we are, but also why we exist, and why our mission to recycle 100 per cent of Ontario’s used tires is important.
In 2012 OTS took an important step in its evolution. Working closely with our stakeholders we clearly outlined our vision for the organization: a self-sustaining industry in which Ontario companies are leaders in supplying highly-preferred, innovative products that use material from recycled tires.
This has lead us to new branding that will help support our organization’s objectives and we are excited to start rolling it out now – Rethink your relationship with tires.
You will see this come to life through a new website, updated digital properties and new offline branding that will allow our stakeholders, consumers, and partners to access the same information under a unified look and tools.
Our goal is to inspire communities, leaders, and Ontarians to create a sustainable future. Offering tools, content, and information, we can empower Ontarians to participate in the Used Tires Program to transform communities and businesses.

These changes are an important part of our efforts to communicate openly with our stakeholders, and to expand the opportunities for them to learn and to make a difference.
OTS diverts 100% of Ontario’s used tires from landfill and burning, support and invest in the provincial economy, and improve Ontarians’ quality of life by recycling tires to be turned into products that make homes, offices, playgrounds and streets greener. Continuing this type of education and conversation online will help us work together to continue to give back to Ontario’s environment and economy.
